Job Description:
We’re looking for a dedicated and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home care team. In this role, you’ll provide one‑on‑one support to clients in the comfort of their homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulationPrepare simple meals and support with light housekeepingOffer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activitiesDocument care provided and report any changes in conditionFollow care plans and maintain a safe environmentExperience/Education
Active CNA certification in VirginiaValid driver’s license and reliable transportationAbility to pass background checkStrong communication skills and a compassionate attitudeExperience in home care preferred, but not requiredWhat We Offer
