We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual for our entry-level Bilingual HR Representative Trainee in-office opening. This Trainee will learn a wide array of HR topics so that they may eventually serve as the HR Representative for several lines of business within the Company. Topics learned include: recruiting, employee relations, progressive discipline, the basics of benefits, time and attendance, etc.
Job Duties:
Coordinate sourcing and recruitment processCoordinate staffing changes for payrollUnder the guidance of a HR Rep Team Lead, act as liaison to employees and managers for all inquiries and requestsWork with HR Rep Team Lead to enforce all corporate policiesLearn to coordinate and conduct training programs throughout the yearAssist in planning company events as requiredUnder the guidance of HR Rep Team Lead, coordinate progressive discipline processUnder the guidance of HR Rep Team Lead, coordinate coaching & counselingConduct monthly compliance auditsMaintain a high level of confidentiality at all timesAssist management with special projects as required
Qualifications:
BS in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Labor Relations or related field0-1 year HR experiencePositive attitudeWillingness to learnStrong verbal/written communication skills in English and SpanishAbility to work under pressureStrong attention to detailAbility to multi-taskTeam playerProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher & Outlook)Proficiency in Dayforce preferred
