  Position Overview
  
  
  We are hiring an experienced Generator Installer / Technician to join our team installing whole-home standby generator systems. This role requires hands-on experience with electrical connections and gas line installation.
  
  You will work in a small crew responsible for full-cycle installs and ensuring high-quality, code-compliant installations.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  
  Install whole-home standby generators (Generac systems) from start to finishPerform electrical connections including ATS (transfer switch) installsInstall and connect gas lines (NG/propane) in compliance with codePerform site prep including trenching, pad installation, and equipment placementTroubleshoot and complete service/maintenance work on existing systemsEnsure all work meets NEC and local code requirementsMaintain clean, organized, and professional job sitesDocument work and upload required photos/informationJob Site & Customer Responsibilities
  
  
  Serve as on-site point of contact for customersClearly explain installation scope and system functionalityMaintain professionalism and ensure a high-quality customer experienceIdentify and communicate potential upsell opportunities (service plans, upgrades, etc.)Team & Operational Responsibilities
  
  
  Work within a 23 person crew to complete installs efficientlyTrain and guide helpers/apprentices as neededTake ownership of installation quality and timelinesMaintain company vehicle, tools, and equipmentRequirements
  
  
  Experience installing generators OR similar electrical/mechanical systemsAbility to perform electrical hookups (ATS, panels, circuits)Experience with gas line installation (NG/propane)Strong understanding of job site safety and code complianceAbility to lift 75100 lbs and work outdoors in all conditionsValid drivers license and reliable transportationStrong work ethic, accountability, and professionalismPreferred
  
  
  Licensed electrician or working under a licensed electricianExperience with Generac systemsExperience with permitting/inspectionsExperience with trenching or light equipmentCompensation

  Retail Sales Representative Job Description:
  
  
  We are looking for a qualified retail sales representative to provide our retail partners with outstanding service and make sure all their needs are met.
  
  Position includes extensive day travel and occasional overnights. With our growing retail foot print with Big Box stores we are looking for an entry level sales/brand ambassador to represent our dealership within our retail footprint, trade shows, and other sales venues. Enthusiasm, effective communications, punctuality, and task follow through is a must.
  
  Responsible for visiting, monitoring, and maintaining our Instore displays in at least 40-60 retail environments throughout our northern metro Atlanta Generac Generator Sales Territories. Must be able to meet with store managers, employees, and complete popup training sessions with non-GSC team members.
  
  Responsible for scheduling, setup, and running interactive product awareness booths and trade show events.
  
  A qualified candidate must also have excellent product knowledge, and ensure our marketing displays at various locations are always fully stocked and organized.
  
  Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Representative:
