Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role: Join General Airframe Support as a Mechanic (Licensed or Unlicensed) in Marana, AZ, where you’ll play a key role in aircraft teardowns and reclamation. Responsibilities:Perform aircraft teardowns in accordance with company procedures and safety standards Disassemble aircraft systems and components for reclamation and reuse Identify, tag, and document serviceable parts and materials Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively Follow detailed work instructions, manuals, and regulatory guidelines Assist with inventory tracking and parts organization Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Collaborate with team members to meet production timelines and quality expectationsRequirements:Prior mechanical and reclamation experience preferred (aviation experience a plus, but not required) A&P license preferred but not required Ability to read and follow technical manuals and work instructions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to use basic hand and power tools Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varying conditions Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Basic computer skills for documentation and inventory tracking High school diploma or equivalent requiredAbout Us:General Airframe Support has been a trusted name in aviation maintenance for over 12 years.
