    Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Management Representative to oversee the rehabilitation of the primary park water system at Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument. This project involves replacing asbestos-cement (AC) water lines, drilling a new supply well, replacing a 100,000-gallon steel water storage tank, and installing a SCADA system.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    Job Summary: We are seeking a full-time Construction Inspector (CI) to provide on-site surveillance and quality assurance for the construction of a new Child Development Center at Base Elizabeth City. The CI serves as a technical advisor to the Government to ensure all work complies with contract documents and safety standards.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    Perform daily inspection and surveillance of construction activities, including underground utilities, structural, mechanical, and electrical trades.Maintain a bound daily diary and submit weekly progress reports including digital photographs.Review and verify contractor payment requests, certified payrolls, and as-built drawings.Witness field tests, monitor submittal logs, and attend project progress meetings.Identify and report non-compliant work or safety violations to the Contracting Officer.

     

    Required Qualifications:
