The ideal candidate has at least one year of immigration law experience and is ready to take ownership of cases in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with attorneys and receive mentorship to continue growing your skills in immigration and general legal practice. Responsibilities: -Assist in preparing and filing immigration applications (e.g., family-based, EB green cards, asylum, naturalization, removal defense). -Communicate with clients and gather necessary documentation. -Draft legal documents and assist with filings in state and federal court. -Manage deadlines, calendars, and client case files. Qualifications: -Minimum 1 year experience in immigration law. -Strong organizational and communication skills. -Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. -Experience with employment based green cards, removal defense, or civil/criminal litigation is a plus.
