Job Summary
Seeking an experienced General Manager to spearhead our upcoming Raleigh restaurant opening. You will oversee all aspects of daily operations, working closely with the Executive Chef to align Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) performance. Your focus will center on building a high-performing opening team, driving sales growth, and ensuring every guest receives an unparalleled dining experience. If you have a successful track record of managing high-volume concepts and mentoring staff, we want you to lead our new location.
Responsibilities
Direct all daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution and high service standards during peak volume hours.Recruit, hire, and train the initial opening team, fostering an inclusive workplace culture centered on accountability and high morale.Manage full P&L responsibilities, optimizing labor costs, driving top-line sales, and implementing effective cost-control solutions.Establish and uphold rigorous standards for guest satisfaction, addressing operational challenges proactively to secure repeat business.Collaborate with the culinary management team to ensure consistent food quality, prompt ticket times, and seamless kitchen communication.Maintain strict compliance with all local health, safety, sanitation, and labor regulations.Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, upscale casual dining environment.Proven track record of driving restaurant revenue, managing complex P&L statements, and achieving financial targets.Prior experience successfully executing a New Restaurant Opening (NRO) is highly preferred.Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated history of mentoring and developing successful management and hourly teams.Strong organizational skills and the ability to make decisive, solutions-oriented decisions under pressure.Benefits
