In this pivotal role, you will facilitate the Product Quality Review Board (PQRB), manage key quality systems, and ensure that our products and processes meet the highest standards. Your leadership will help drive accountability, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Weekly PQRB Meetings: Lead the Product Quality Review Board, ensuring all escalated SQDIPE, Warranty, and NCR action items are addressed. Assign accountable parties and timelines to identify risks and drive mitigation actions to completion. ECN Proposal Review: Oversee the review of Engineering Change Notice (ECN) proposals for risk assessment, business impact, execution timelines, and training/procedural requirements. Ensure approved ECNs are distributed and operationalized through accountable parties. Cost of Quality Reporting: Compile monthly Cost of Quality report items for entry in Sofi, supporting data-driven decision-making. Nonconformance System Management: Manage the Nonconformance system, coordinating inputs and outputs to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement. Strategic Progress Reviews: Facilitate monthly strategic PQRB progress reviews to analyze trends, KPIs, and escalate action items as needed. Executive & Team Reporting: Generate quarterly executive summaries for the York Management Team and publish bi-weekly PQRB updates for broader distribution. KPI & Metrics Reporting: Report monthly on Global QHSE-defined KPIs and locally agreed metrics to support business needs. Continuous Improvement: Support other related duties as determined, always seeking opportunities to enhance quality systems and processes. Your Profile / Qualifications Qualifications: Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum Experience: 3-5 years' related experience in manufacturing industry preferred. Experience with blueprints and diagrams preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products required. Hands-on experience running quality systems, including non-conformance management strongly preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
