Position OverviewThe firm is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Attorney with 2–5 years of experience in real estate transactional work. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting developers, drafting development-related agreements, and managing due diligence for complex real estate transactions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and negotiate development-related legal documents, including:
Purchase and sale agreements
Easements
Declarations
Other real estate development contracts

Required Qualifications2–5 years of high-quality experience in real estate transactional law.
