Construction Manager - Electrical Engineer
Qualifications:
_Looking for a Construction Management professional with a working knowledge of engineering services, building codes, cost and schedule management for support as Owner's Rep on government medical center projects. Must be a licensed professional (PE) and hold a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited school of higher education. 6-10 years of experience in both design and construction with a focus on medical facilities, to manage capital improvement projects in an operational healthcare facility. Position will be site based, 40-hrs/week maximum, working directly with Medical Center CM staff to oversee multiple projects of varying size and complexity._
Must be able to carry 20 lbs. for a distance of 50 feet and be able to perform simply grasping, pushing, pulling and fine hand manipulation.
Must have legal status to work in the US. If not a US citizen or Permanent Resident, GCC will not sponsor or transfer work visas.

Pay: $128,000.00 per year
