  Part Time Cleaner We are looking for a part time cleaner to join our team at Natures Edge! If you take pride in maintaining a place for residents to call home, and love to tackle grime, and make things sparkle and shine, then we would love to talk to you more about this opportunity. The cleaner is responsible for performing cleaning tasks in the hallways and common areas of an apartment community (5 buildings total) in Morris. Occasional cleaning will also be completed in vacant apartments. Twice Weekly Vacuum and mop all floors. Clean common area rooms laundry room, fitness center, community room, lobbies, or other gathering spaces. This includes dusting, mopping and vacuuming floors, furniture, cleaning windows, and taking out trash. Wipe down washers and dryers. Walk parking lot(s) and grounds, picking up all debris Resident Turnovers Cleaning in vacant apartments for apartment turnovers. Quarterly Wipe down all common area wood baseboards. Wipe down all common area railings, banks of mailboxes, etc. Clean behind and under all washers and dryers at buildings with shared laundry. Clean all exterior and interior light fixtures to remove any/all dead bugs. Other Responsibilities Always maintain stock and supply rooms on the property in neat and organized conditions. This position is flexible with hours and days of the week. We would prefer availability to complete this work two days per week, or approximately 16 hours a week. Read Less

  Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician with painting experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with maintaining properties by performing general maintenance tasks, completing work orders, and painting apartment turnovers.
  
  Key Responsibilities:General Maintenance.Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.Respond promptly to work orders and address maintenance issues as they arise.Assist with preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and efficiency of the property’s equipment and systems.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas.
  Painting:Prepare apartment units for turnover by painting walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces as needed.Ensure all painting is completed to a high standard with attention to detail and color consistency.Perform minor drywall repairs, such as patching holes or smoothing surfaces before painting.Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  Experience:Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, painter or similar role in an industrial setting.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues.Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Attention to detail, especially in painting and repairs.Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.Reliable transportation.
