    Job Description:

    We are seeking a full-time Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Technology team in our Seattle, WA office. This mid-level position is instrumental in supporting our advisory teams and an excellent opportunity to develop within the financial services industry while providing upward mobility for multiple career paths. Successful candidates for this position will have strong knowledge and experience implementing Salesforce configurations and be able to thrive in a team environment with competing deadlines. This is a hybrid role so LOCAL candidates only please. US Citizens, Green Card or Permanent Residents only, no visas.

    We are looking for architects not developers.

    Job Responsibilities

    Own the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform, serving as the internal subject matter expert and lead admin responsible for platform design, maintenance, and innovation. Design, build, and optimize automation using Flow Builder, validation rules, custom objects, and declarative tools to streamline advisor and operations workflows.Lead new feature development, data architecture changes, and integration projects with limited oversight, ensuring enhancements align with industry best practices and firm strategy.Manage CRM data integrity, execute large-scale migrations (especially during M&A events), and oversee sandbox-to-production deployments.Act as the go-to resource for advanced Salesforce troubleshooting, cross-functional project support, and user enablement through training and documentation.

    Competencies

    Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset, with an ability to simplify complex processes and architect scalable solutions.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and translate business needs into platform functionality.Highly self-sufficient, capable of managing end-to-end projects with minimal hand-holding or external guidance.Familiarity with Salesforce release cycles, platform updates, and AppExchange tools commonly used in financial services.

    Education/Experience

    5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including at least 2 years in Financial Services Cloud or wealth management-related environments.Demonstrated expertise in building Flows, managing data migrations, creating custom objects, and supporting cross-system integrations.Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; Advanced Administrator and/or Platform App Builder is strongly preferred.Prior experience leading Salesforce-related initiatives in a fast-paced, regulated industry such as RIAs, broker-dealers, or financial planning firms.

    Job Description: You will support our financial advisors in delivering exceptional financial planning services to our clients. You will assist in preparing and maintaining financial plans, conducting research, and helping our effort toward internal continuing education. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to develop their career in financial planning while working alongside experienced professionals in the wealth management field.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Job Responsibilities:
