Complete extensive training regarding the product line. Job Purpose: Initiates automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer rapport and records.
Duties Include: * Ascertains automotive problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules.

In this position, you will work on a two man team in which you will perform and oil change, tire rotation and complete a multi-point inspection form. Additional services performed are installing cabin and air filters, wipers and light maintenance.
Upon completion of the Express program, you will be assigned to a team in our main shop, will undergo Subaru, Kia and Mitsubishi technician training and begin a career path to become a Master Technician.
