    Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive / In-Home Designer & Estimator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with prospective clients in their homes, assessing their needs, presenting our product solutions, and closing sales. You will also be responsible for setting prices for the work to be completed.     Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager / Lead Generator Lead to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies focused on generating high-quality leads for our existing exterior remodeling services while also driving sales and marketing technology enhancements and leading the exploration and development of new service line opportunities, including commercial services. This role is crucial for driving current business growth, improving operational effectiveness, and positioning the company for future expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, lead generation (residential and potentially commercial), sales technology, and business development, particularly within the home improvement, construction, or related service sectors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Marketing Strategy & Planning:

    Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with company goals and budget for existing and potential new service lines (residential and commercial).

    Identify target customer segments within the New Jersey market for various service offerings.

    Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.

    Lead Generation:

    Design, implement, and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns (digital and traditional).

    Digital Marketing: Oversee SEO/SEM, paid social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), email marketing campaigns, content marketing (blog posts, case studies), online directory listings (Angi, HomeAdvisor, Yelp), and website optimization for lead capture.

    Traditional Marketing: Manage local advertising (print, radio, local publications), direct mail campaigns, lawn signs, and potentially home show/local event participation.

    Develop and manage referral programs and community outreach initiatives.

    Lead Management & Nurturing:

    Implement and manage processes for capturing, qualifying, and tracking leads using a CRM system.

    Develop lead nurturing sequences to engage prospects throughout the buyer's journey.

    Ensure timely distribution of qualified leads to the sales team.

    Sales & Marketing Technology Integration:

    Lead end-to-end digitization, automation, and integration of sales and marketing tools including but not limited to LeapPro/Sales Pro, DialPad.AI, Google platform tools (Analytics, Ads), and Meta platform tools (Ads Manager, Business Suite) to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and workflow automation.

    Identify and evaluate new technologies that can improve sales and marketing performance.

    New Service Line Development:

    Lead the strategic development, market viability assessment, and potential market introduction of new service lines.

    Explore residential opportunities including, but not limited to, interior home remodeling, comprehensive home maintenance packages, and recurring services (landscaping/snow removal, gutter maintenance).

    Lead the development of commercial service offerings and cultivate relationships with potential commercial partners (e.g., property managers, builders, HOAs).

    Develop initial marketing and sales strategies for approved new service offerings.

    Sales Support:

    Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand lead quality requirements and conversion challenges.

    Provide marketing materials and support needed for sales presentations.

    Analysis & Reporting:

    Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and technology implementations (website traffic, lead sources, conversion rates, cost-per-lead, cost-per-appointment, cost-per-sale, ROI).

    Utilize data insights to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.

    Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.

    Required Qualifications & Skills:

    Proven experience (3-5+ years) in a marketing and lead generation role, with demonstrable success in increasing qualified leads.

    Strong understanding of both digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email) and traditional marketing tactics.

    Experience within the home improvement, construction, remodeling, or a related B2C service industry is highly preferred.

    Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, MarketSharp, BuilderTrend, or similar) and marketing automation tools.

    Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

    Strong project management and organizational skills.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently and lead initiatives.

    Familiarity with the New Jersey residential market; commercial market familiarity is a plus.

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with sales/marketing technology implementation, integration, and automation projects.

    Experience or demonstrated aptitude in business development, new product/service evaluation, or market expansion strategy (including commercial markets).

    Direct experience managing paid advertising budgets (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

    Experience with specific tools mentioned: LeapPro/Sales Pro, DialPad.AI, advanced features of Google and Meta advertising platforms.

    Experience managing or participating in home shows and local events.

    Basic graphic design or content creation skills are a plus.

    Previous experience in a sales role is advantageous but not required.
