We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Transportation Driver / Appointment Scheduler to join our team. This is a dual-role position supporting resident transportation needs while also assisting with appointment scheduling and central supply.
Responsibilities:
Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, outings, and other destinations Coordinate and schedule resident appointments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Communicate effectively with nursing staff, families, and outside providers Maintain transportation logs and documentation Assist with central supply, including inventory, stocking, and distribution of supplies throughout the facility Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety, and routine maintenance checks Provide excellent customer service and ensure resident comfort during transportRequirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Previous experience in transportation, scheduling, or healthcare preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Dependable, professional, and resident-focused attitude Ability to move throughout the facility and assist with supply needs as requiredBenefits:
