Job DescriptionJob DescriptionABOUT GAMEDAY MEN'S HEALTH — CENTERVILLE
Gameday Men's Health Centerville is a men's hormone health clinic specializing in testosterone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, and ancillary men's health services. We operate in a man-cave environment — leather club chairs, flat screens, and a team that genuinely cares about helping men feel their best.

We run a tight, high-performing clinical operation with same-day in-office lab results, personalized protocols, and a recurring membership model that keeps patients engaged for the long term. We are in an active growth phase and we are building the team around people who take ownership, hold standards, and show up every day with the right attitude.
THE ROLE We are looking for a Registered Nurse who wants more than a floor assignment. This role is central to the clinical patient experience — supporting blood draws, injections, body composition assessments, patient education, and clinical documentation. You work directly alongside our Clinical Director (PA) and are a key part of what every patient experiences on every visit.

This is not a hospital role. There is no night shift, no rotating schedule, no twelve-hour floors. You work consistent day shift hours in a premium, private-practice environment with a small team that takes its work seriously. We are a small operation and we need people who are willing to do what it takes — that means jumping in where needed, including at the front desk when the clinic needs it. If you are a strong nurse who is done with hospital pace and wants to be part of something that is genuinely growing, this is the role.
YOUR MISSION: Deliver a clinical experience that keeps patients coming back, builds trust on every visit, and sets the standard for what excellent care looks like in a men's health environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical Care●      Support clinical procedures including phlebotomy, testosterone injections, and peptide injections●      Conduct H&H, blood pressure, and vital assessments as part of every patient visit●      Operate and interpret results from our SECA medical body composition scanner●      Assist Clinical Director with patient consultations, protocol reviews, and lab result discussions●      Assist with GAINSwave and P-Shot procedures under Clinical Director supervision●      Maintain accurate, complete clinical documentation in Lobbie (EMR) for every patient interaction●      Follow all clinical protocols, infection control standards, and OSHA/CLIA compliance requirements

    Patient Experience

    ●      Create a genuinely warm, professional experience for every patient on every visit — no exceptions●      Educate patients on their protocols, injection techniques for home delivery, and what to expect as they progress●      Identify patient concerns early and communicate them to the Clinical Director and front desk proactively●      Naturally introduce ancillary services when a patient mentions a goal that one of our programs addresses — flag for clinical follow-up

Operations & Clinic Support●      Manage clinical supply inventory — track levels, flag reorder needs, receive and organize deliveries●      Coordinate pharmacy orders and track vial inventory in alignment with active patient protocols●      Maintain lab equipment, SECA scanner, and clinical area to the standard expected in a premium private clinic●      Support SOP development and process improvement as the clinical operation evolves●      Cross-train on all clinical procedures so the floor runs smoothly regardless of staffing●     Jump in where the clinic needs it — including front desk coverage and administrative support when the situation calls for it●      Strong computer skills required — comfort with EMR systems, scheduling platforms, and general digital tools is essential  WE ARE LOOKING FOR | WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR Takes ownership and steps in where needed — no task is beneath you | Needs constant supervision or direction Warm and confident with men who may be uncomfortable discussing health | Treats patient interaction as secondary to clinical tasks Detail-oriented — documentation and protocol compliance are non-negotiable | Resistant to feedback, new protocols, or process changes Adaptable — this is a growing clinic and things evolve quickly | Only willing to do what's in the job description Strong on computers and digital tools — EMR, scheduling, communication platforms | Uncomfortable with the subject matter — this is a men's health clinic Genuinely interested in men's health and hormone optimization | A resume-builder between hospital roles Ready to be done with hospital floors and rotating schedules | Looking for a role to coast inQUALIFICATIONS Required
    ●      Active Ohio RN license in good standing●      Phlebotomy — proficient venipuncture with comfort in a high-volume clinical setting●      Experience administering intramuscular injections●      Strong clinical documentation habits — accurate, timely, complete●      Strong computer skills — comfortable with EMR platforms, scheduling systems, and digital communication tools●      Professional interpersonal skills — patients, staff, and vendors all experience the same standard●      Ability to work independently and contribute across the clinic as needed

    Preferred

    ●      Experience in a specialty clinic, private practice, med spa, or concierge medicine environment●      Familiarity with TRT, hormone health, peptide therapy, or GLP-1 weight loss protocols●      CLIA waived testing experience●      IV therapy or infusion experience●      Patient education experience — able to teach home injection technique clearly and confidently●      Franchise or multi-location clinic experience a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Hourly Rate | $35.00 – $45.00 based on experienceJob Type | Full-Time  |  Day ShiftBonus | Performance bonus opportunities tied to clinic growth and patient experience outcomes401(k) | Available with employer match — details provided at offerDiscount | Employee discount on all Gameday Men's Health servicesTraining | Paid clinical training provided for all Gameday-specific protocolsWHY THIS ROLE Most RN roles ask you to manage a caseload on someone else's terms. This one is different. You will be a core part of the clinical experience for a growing men's health clinic — you will know your patients, understand their protocols, and be a genuine contributor to their results.

There is no hospital bureaucracy. No mandatory overtime. No floating to a different floor. You show up, you deliver excellent care, and you go home. If that sounds like what you have been looking for, we want to hear from you.
