Key Responsibilities
Design and edit sign layouts using Adobe Illustrator
Prepare artwork for printing, cutting, and production
Operate sign-making equipment (vinyl cutters, printers, laminators, etc.)
Produce a variety of signage (banners, decals, yard signs, window graphics, etc.)
Communicate with customers to clarify design needs and make revisions
Ensure accuracy, quality control, and timely completion of orders
Maintain a clean, organized workspace
Assist with shop tasks as needed (inventory, installations, packaging)
Required Qualifications
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (required)
Basic understanding of file setup, layers, vectors, and print production
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Comfortable standing, lifting materials, and working with hands
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred (But Not Required)
Experience in a sign shop, print shop, or production environment
Familiarity with large-format printing or vinyl cutting
Basic customer service experience
Ability to install signs or graphics (training can be provided)
