    Job Title: Account Manager, Immunology

    Location: Philadelphia East, PA

    Job Description:

    The Account Manager, Immunology is responsible for achieving/exceeding Galderma portfolio sales and executing strategic objectives across high-valued (large, organized) customers within assigned customer segments (including but not limited to Dermatologists, Pharmacy, Integrated Health Networks, and professional organizations). Account Managers will effectively promote Galderma's prescription dermatology biologic and consumer product portfolio, as assigned, requiring advanced skills in clinical, operational, and financial commercial selling.

    Key Responsibilities
    Accountable for acquiring and maintaining expertise in brand/segment strategy and tactics, providing expert product knowledge. Promote and generate demand for Rx products in a competitive market; including launching new products.Execute Galderma's integrated commercial selling strategies utilizing a deep understanding of contracting and access platforms, and proven ability to apply market and industry insight.Lead the development of cross-functional account plans that deliver penetration, retention, and growth of Galderma's portfolio for key accounts; analyze account/provider objectives to ensure alignment between market/patient access and field reimbursement functions to drive demand and deliver on business unit goals.Collaborate and coordinate with internal/external key stakeholders; proactively utilize business analytics and customer insights to anticipate customer needs and support solution development.Oversee relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) within the areaExecute customer engagement initiatives to strengthen strategic partnerships with customers.Serve as the liaison, primary point of contact, for assigned contacts in Galderma's commercial speaker bureau.Plan, organize, and execute field-based activities in accordance with all applicable company and regulatory standards.Other duties as assigned.
    Skills and Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, required.Five (5) or more years of outside sales experience with variable commission potential, required.2+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience in Dermatological or Medical Sales required.Previous account management experience.Previous business to business sales experience.Prior experience as a Sales "generalist"; not limited to specific product or portfolio.Strong track record of consistent documented performance success.Strong business acumen including excellent communication: verbal, written, interpersonal skills, and persuasive skills.Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical, industry and product-related information in a professional, consultative manner.High level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency.Ability to sell assertively and differentiate our products and offerings to increase utilization with target accounts and high value providers.Ability to collaborate with internal customers and functions such as market and patient access and field reimbursement.     About the Compensation:

    The base salary range for this role is determined based on several factors. These include but are not limited to job accountabilities; skill sets; experience and training; certifications; work location; competitive market rates and other business needs. At Galderma, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a unique combination of factors for each role. A reasonable estimate of the hiring range for this role is $120,000-$160,000 USD.

    In addition to base salary, we provide an opportunity to participate in an annual short-term incentive program that is based on corporate performance with a multiplier focused on individual performance. We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits program including health insurance, 401(k) plan with employer match, a generous paid time off policy, hybrid work schedules and more.

    We are looking for the U.S. HR Operations Lead to lead and manage the operational aspects of our U.S. HR department. This role is critical in ensuring that HR processes, systems, and policies are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the organization's strategic goals.     The Senior Manager, Franchise Communications will lead U.S. brand and franchise communications across Galderma's three business units: Dermatological Skincare, Injectable Aesthetics, and Therapeutic Dermatology. This role drives integrated communications strategies that elevate brand visibility, support major product launches, and strengthen scientific and clinical storytelling. The position develops proactive earned media opportunities and ensures consistent, high-quality communications across consumer, professional, and medical audiences.     Position Summary

    The Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) plans and manages overall activities for assigned global clinical trial(s). This includes timelines, budgets, resources, investigational sites, vendors and key deliverables.     Plan and Conduct Clinical Trials
    Partner with cross-functional Clinical Trial Team to ensure all trial deliverables are met according to timelines, budget, quality standards and operational best practices.Work closely with the Clinical Science Experts and Clinical Scientist for the design of the clinical trials.Establish project milestones, budget and timelines for the study in partnership with the Clinical Trial Team and outsourcing manager.Manage clinical trial progress and ensure completeness of documentation and data collection in adherence with the project timelines.Proactively identify potential risks and develop & implement action plans to avoid or mitigate program risks.Contribute to the reporting of clinical studies and clinical documentation to regulatory submissions according to plan and in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, international standards and the company quality system throughout the development life cycleAs applicable, provide oversight to Clinical Research Associates and Clinical Trial Administrators assigned to the clinical trial
    Manage Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and Functional Service Providers (FSPs)
    Collaborate with Procurement to prepare clinical outsourcing specifications.Participate in the selection of the CRO or FSPs.Serve as the primary trial contact with the CRO and FSPs.
    Quality and Process
    Ensure that all aspects of the trial are prepared for regulatory inspections at any time.Serve as member of the inspection readiness team in preparation of a regulatory inspection.Support the preparation for and conduct of investigational site and sponsor health authority inspections, as applicable.Contribute to and initiate trial and departmental process improvement initiatives.
    Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    • University degree required in Life Sciences such as biology, pharmacology, nursing, or health sciences/
    Experience in clinical research/operations (≥5-7years) or equivalent with Pharma/Biotech and/or CRO experienceExperience from all parts of the clinical trial process, from protocol development to the compilation of study reportsExperience in supervising CROs.• Excellent understanding of the drug development process, systemic drug and biologics experience preferred
    • Excellent knowledge of international ICH/GCP guidelines, basic knowledge of GMP/GDP
    • Excellent knowledge of relevant local regulations
    Fluent in English (written and oral)
