Your role in our mission: Process provider enrollment and re-enrollment documents, including applications, forms, and correspondence. Support providers in a call center environment by handling inbound and outbound calls related to enrollment status and inquiries. Maintain accurate provider records, perform general filing, and prepare routine enrollment-related correspondence. Compile, verify, and analyze provider enrollment data and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines. Work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented, production-driven environment while meeting quality and productivity standards. What we're looking for: Experience in a call center and/or provider enrollment environment, including handling enrollment documentation and provider inquiries. Strong data entry and computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and operate standard office equipment. Ability to follow established procedures and protocols to accurately complete enrollment-related tasks. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette. Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and productivity. What you should expect in this role: This position is based in an onsite office environment in Nashville, TN. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM CST. Summary We are seeking a skilled Utilization Review Nurse to conduct prior authorization, prospective, concurrent, and retrospective reviews for medical necessity and appropriateness of services, following clinical criteria, coverage policies, and contract guidelines.
