We are seeking a versatile team member for our Indianapolis branch, responsible for tasks such as selecting and organizing customer orders, verifying and cross-referencing all orders prepared for delivery, providing general support in the warehouse, and engaging in delivery and various technical activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work in a team-oriented environment by picking and preparing shipments for delivery - working overtime as needed to accomplish the daily/weekly shipping goals. Receiving, stocking and order fulfillment, including deliveries to customersDeliver product to internal and external customers driving a "straight" truck or van as needed.Operate hand truck or dolly to load and unload delivery truck or van Driving in a safe and lawful manner, maintaining an acceptable driving recordOperate forklift or other equipment as required in the movement of material with the warehouse/distribution center. Follows and understandings all company and job specific proceduresFollows all safety instructions to properly load/unload trucks/vans according to procedureEngaging in light production and assembly tasksEnsuring timely completion of all required paperworkCleans and performs routine maintenance on truckQUALIFICATIONS
Ability to perform basic math calculationsMust have good verbal and written skillsMust be able to work with minimal supervision High school diploma or GED equivalentMinimum of 1 year of warehousing experience Possess a valid Driver's LicenseMust be able to pass a pre-employment background checkPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

We're hiring a full-time Service Technician to join our expanding service department. The role entails providing filter change-out and cleaning services to customers while supporting operations at our Des Plaines warehouse. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge of the operations department, setting the stage for continued growth within our company. Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll actively collaborate with multiple departments as a vital member of the Service Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform HVAC filter change-out and cleaning services for commercial, and industrial customers, ensuring optimal filtration system performanceMaintain and inspect equipment and tools to guarantee they are in good working condition for service tasksProvide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns and providing necessary information about the services offeredEffective manage service schedules to ensure timely completion of filter change-outs and cleaning services as per customer requirementsMaintain high-quality standards in service delivery, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently Maintain detailed records of service activities, including service reports, work orders, and other necessary documentationAdhere to safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others during service activitiesMonitor and manage inventory levels of service-related materials, equipment and supplies to ensure availability for service tasksCollaborate effectively with team members and management regarding service updates, challenges and requirementsMaintain a professional and neat appearance during service calls, representing the company positively to customersQUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving recordSuccessfully pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process Must be willing to work weekends and overtime as needed to accommodate operational requirements Demonstrate the capability to work independently with minimal supervision following the completion of training Demonstrates proficiency in reading, writing and effective communication to successfully fulfill job responsibilities and engage with colleagues and customersPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Comfortable and confident working at heights and utilizing ladders Ability to lift 50-75 pounds on a daily basis to perform service tasks Ability to lift, climb, bend, reach, twist to access hard-to access mechanicals (e.g. Roof Hatches, bend beneath pipes, ceiling tiles, ductwork, access with ladder, climbing) Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, as 99% of daily duties are performed in outdoor settings Requirements:Compensation details: 20-23 Hourly Wage
