This role may serve patients in facilities across the Dallas-Forth Worth metro area. Ideal candidates will reside in or near Arlington, Irving, Coppell, Carrollton, Flower Mound, Lewisville, or Denton, or be able to reliably commute to their assigned facilities.
Candidate Qualifications:Certified Nurse PractitionerMinimum 1 year of post-acute experience preferredLicensed in the state or ability to attain unrestricted state license
Candidate Responsibilities:Perform clinical assessment and appropriately manage patientsCollaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teamOrder and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriatePerform procedures as trained and appropriately credentialedComplete accurate and timely progress notes and admission/transfer ordersEducate patient on disease and treatment plans
