    What You Do

    Lead and execute e-commerce strategy across DTC and third-party channels to drive revenue and profitability.Own and manage website performance, including content, navigation, user experience, and conversion optimization in conjunction with the web development team. Drive SEO and digital content strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and traffic. Manage marketplace performance, including assortment, advertising, and promotions.Develop audience segmentation and personalization strategies to improve targeting effectiveness. Monitor inventory productivity, assortment mix, and lifecycle performance across digital channels. Establish performance reporting and translate data into actionable business insights. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Merchandising, and Operations to enhance digital performance. Identify and implement tools, automation, and best practices to scale e-commerce operations.


    How Success is Measured

    E-Commerce sales growth and overall profitability.Conversion rate and website engagement metrics. Customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on investment (ROI).Inventory productivity and reduction of excess inventory. SEO performance and organic traffic growth. Accuracy and completeness of digital product content ("Perfect SKU")Marketplace channel performance and advertising ROI.


    What You Bring

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 6-10 years of experience in e-commerce or digital commerce leadership. Strong expertise in SEO, website optimization, and digital content strategy. Demonstrated knowledge of AI tools and emerging technologies relevant to e-commerce, digital marketing, customer experience, analytics, and operational efficiency. Ability to evaluate and responsibly leverage AI-driven solutions to support business objectives, improve decision-making, and enhance operational effectiveness while maintaining alignment with company standards, brand integrity, and data privacy expectations.     Ensure showroom presentation and merchandising align with brand standards. Monitor stockroom standards, visual integrity, and cleanliness throughout both client-facing, stockroom, or warehouse areas.Coordinate daily store operations, opening, closing, inventory, merchandising, safety, and cash controls.Drive high-quality client experience.     What You Do

    As a critical part of our showroom operations, you’ll help ensure products are ready, presentable, and positioned for success:

    Assist customers with loading vehicles for customer pick-ups at the store. Hang chandeliers, artwork, and mirrors. Move furniture during floor sets.Receive and inspect all incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality.Tag floor stock to meet brand standards.Ensure all merchandise is assembled and in excellent condition before placement.Complete stock orders within three days, received, tagged, and placed on the floor.Assist with merchandise returns and report any quality issues to store management.Perform various housekeeping or light maintenance tasks.


    How Success is Measured

    Receives and inspects all incoming freight within 48 hours. Stock orders received, tagged, and placed on the floor within 3 days.

    Ensure showroom presentation and merchandising align with brand standards. Monitor stockroom standards, visual integrity, and cleanliness throughout both client-facing, stockroom, or warehouse areas.Coordinate daily store operations, opening, closing, inventory, merchandising, safety, and cash controls.Drive high-quality client experience.     Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, design, or related area preferred.Minimum of three years of experience in retail or design environment with at least two years in a leadership role; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.Proven ability to drive sales and profitability through metric-driven decision making, business analysis, and goal setting.Strong aptitude for selling luxury products with a focus on delivering exceptional client experience.Ability to hold teams accountable while fostering a culture of performance and professional growth.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to coach, influence, and resolve conflict effectively.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.Proficient computer skills including MS Outlook, Excel, and Word; experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred.Technical knowledge of space planning and design practices preferred, knowledge of fabrics, applications, and merchandising standards highly valued.Financial and operational acumen including inventory control, budgeting, payroll oversight, and cash management.Positive, professional demeanor with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Commitment to brand standards, presentation, and risk management practices to protect profitability and elevate client experience.Clean MVR and the ability to obtain and maintain a CMV (Commercial Motor Vehicle) license within one week, if needed.
