Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic & Neuro | East-Central Florida

Location: East-Central Florida (Brevard County area)

Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time options available)

    Setting: Outpatient Private Practice

    About the Opportunity:

We are hiring a Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) in Indialantic, Florida, and we welcome both new graduate PTs and experienced clinicians to apply. This is an excellent opportunity for a new grad PT seeking mentorship and structured onboarding, as well as for an experienced therapist looking for clinical autonomy and a diverse outpatient caseload.

Our outpatient clinic treats a wide range of conditions including orthopedic injuries, sports rehabilitation, neurological and vestibular disorders, across the lifespan. We emphasize evidence-based physical therapy, manual therapy, functional movement, and individualized patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment led by an owner who is a PT and treats patients daily.

New graduates will benefit from a guided mentorship program, hands-on training including an orthopedic residency option, and ongoing clinical development, while experienced Physical Therapists will have the opportunity to treat independently, refine advanced skills, and contribute to clinic growth and patient outcomes.

    We work together.

We have a strong, collaborative team of therapy professionals committed to working together. If you are searching for a fantastic team to join and develop your clinical skills with, we would love to support you. Clinicians should work in an environment where they feel valued, heard, and equipped to grow in their careers.

Our patients are what drives us.

We treat each patient as we would want ourselves and our families to be treated. We are committed to providing the most personalized and skilled physical therapy service possible in a warm and friendly environment that emphasizes 1 on 1 care in 40-minute treatment sessions.

Do what you want to do?

Have a specific interest or passion? We've got your back. Benefit from our support for specialty therapy services and unleash your full potential.  In the past year, clinicians had earned certifications in concussion management, diagnostic imaging and dry needling-our group is curious and eager to learn.

Go where you want to go.
