    Lead Pharmacist

    The Lead Pharmacist at Fuze Health is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of pharmaceutical services while guiding the daily clinical and operational activities of the pharmacy. Reporting to the Pharmacy Operations Leader, this leadership position oversees pharmacy staff, drives operational excellence, supports clinical initiatives, and ensures the highest standards of patient care and regulatory adherence across the FuzeRx location.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership & Team Management: Provide daily leadership and direction to staff pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and delivery personnel to ensure efficient workflows, high-quality service, and a collaborative team environment.Clinical Oversight & Verification: Perform advanced prescription verification, drug utilization reviews, and complex clinical assessments; serve as an escalation point for clinical decision-making and patient consultations.Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict compliance with state and federal laws, accreditation requirements, and internal policies.     Required Experience & Qualifications:

    The Lead Pharmacy Technician at Fuze Health serves as a key operational leader within the pharmacy team, overseeing daily technician workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in prescription fulfillment, and supporting Pharmacy Operations leadership in driving team performance. This role is responsible for maintaining high-quality patient care, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing inventory management, and mentoring pharmacy technicians across the respective FuzeRx location

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership & Team Coordination: Provide daily guidance and direction to pharmacy technicians, supporting efficient workflows, high-quality service, and a collaborative team environment.     The Software Engineer at Fuze Health plays a vital role in developing innovative technology solutions that power healthcare delivery and data management.     Key Responsibilities:

    Inventory Receiving & Organization: Receive, inspect, and accurately organize incoming medical supplies and equipment.Order Fulfillment & Shipment Preparation: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, adhering to varying order requirements.Workplace Maintenance & Safety: Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.Inventory Tracking: Utilize inventory management systems to track stock levels and update records in real time.Inventory Audits: Participate in periodic inventory counts and assist in reconciling stock discrepancies.Shipping & Receiving: Handle all incoming and outgoing shipments, including loading and unloading trucks in accordance with safety protocols.Issue Resolution: Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve shipment or inventory-related issues.General Warehouse Support: Assist with other warehouse operations and tasks as assigned by leadership.

    Required Experience & Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent.2+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar operational environment—experience in the medical or healthcare industry preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and shipments.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.Basic computer skills and proficiency with inventory management systems.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

    Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

    Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.Familiarity with warehouse procedures and safety standards in regulated environments.Experience supporting fulfillment for healthcare, pharmacy, or medical supply chains.
