    We are looking for a Recruiting Sales Manager to join our growing team!


    The Recruiting Sales Manager responsibilities include placing calls to existing clients, market to new clients, and maintain relationships with our client companies. You will take job orders, schedule and debrief interviews, and manage the placement process. We have a robust database to work from.


    Other responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing qualified candidates for various technical roles we recruit for. You will network online and offline with potential candidates to attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong talent pipeline and help our clients fill their roles.


    Responsibilities


    Make outgoing calls to new clients and introduce our candidatesSpeak with new and existing clients to discuss job orders, the interview process, and present candidatesSource candidates on niche platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, and more.Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)Write and post technical job descriptionsCraft and send personalized sales and recruiting emails passive clients and candidatesPresent job offersKeep up to date with new technological trends and products


    Skills


    Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Technical Recruiter; or Sales Professional.Current experience using various interview formats (i.e., telephone, Zoom/Teams, etc.)Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for our rolesFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases, Bullhorn preferredSolid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient with MS Office


    Compensation:


    High percentage commission-based compensation with draw.

    education, office, and large mixed-use residential buildings and hotels.

     Full knowledge and understanding of state building codes, energy codes and NFPA codes.

            E.I.T. is preferred, but not required.

            Experience with Revit is a plus
