Job SummaryWe are seeking an outgoing and energetic Boys Recreational Coach to join our team! Following our curriculum, you will lead age-appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with administration. Responsibilities Follow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, skill development, and drills.Lead structured practicesProvide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragementCommunicate with parents/guardiansFollow all health and safety guidelinesAssist with some administrative matters relating to the recreational programQualificationsPrevious experience coaching children/students is preferredComfortable with speaking to and educating parentsKnowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not requiredPositive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
