    Fulfillment.com, a rapid growing 3PL (3rd party logistics) company, headquartered in Savannah GA, with fulfillment centers located in Allentown PA, Salt Lake City UT, Kansas City MO, and Mississauga Canada is looking for a IT Systems & Security Technician.

     

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a hands-on and proactive IT Systems & Security Technician to join our team. This

    role is responsible for providing comprehensive IT support across both corporate office and

    warehouse environments, with a strong emphasis on hardware setup, network connectivity, system

    security, and user administration. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a wide range

    of devices and operating systems and will play a key role in maintaining secure, reliable, and

    efficient technology operations. Strong soft skills are essential for good communication and

    teamwork.

     

    This position requires travel to various company locations, including warehouses and remote

    offices, to support infrastructure needs and ensure consistent IT operations.

     

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    Hardware & Device Support

    Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets, and handheld devices acrossWindows, macOS, Chrome OS, and Android platforms.Support Zebra handheld devices and printers (TC56/TC57, ZD620, ZT410/ZT411).Manage Xerox printer setup and driver installation; coordinate with Xerox for service issues.

    Networking & Connectivity

    Maintain and troubleshoot wired and wireless network infrastructure, including switches andaccess points.Configure and manage Wi-Fi networks in both office and warehouse environments.Perform basic switch configuration and port management.Configure and maintain firewalls, including rules, NAT, and port forwarding onrouters/modems.Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.

    Security & Compliance

    Ensure all systems are patched and up-to-date with the latest security updates.Implement and maintain endpoint protection and device management policies.Enforce security best practices across all platforms and environments.Assist in auditing and improving network and device security posture.

    User & Domain Administration

    Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions across platforms including Google Workspace.Support onboarding/offboarding processes and ensure proper access controls.Administer authentication and authorization protocols (e.g., MFA, SSO).Maintain domain services including user provisioning, group policies, and directory services.Configure and manage email systems, Android device policies, and Workspace settings.

    General IT Support

    Provide responsive technical support to end users across departments.Document issues and resolutions; contribute to knowledge base and process improvement.Collaborate with vendors and service providers as needed.Other responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

     

    Education & Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldpreferred.Associate degree in a technical discipline with relevant certifications will be considered.5+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, infrastructure, or systems administrationroles.Experience in logistics, warehouse, or multi-site environments is a strong plus.

     

    Qualifications:

    Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, Chrome OS, and Android platforms.Experience with Zebra and Xerox hardware.Familiarity with Google Workspace and domain administration.Solid understanding of networking concepts including Wi-Fi, VLANs, switches, and firewalls.Experience with firewall configuration and port forwarding.Knowledge of user authentication, authorization, and domain management.Willingness and ability to travel to various company locations as needed.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

    Fulfillment.com, a leading 3rd party logistics provider, is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst/Associate Product Owner to join our growing Technology team.

     

    The Associate Product Owner / Business Systems Analyst serves as the functional owner and subject matter expert (SME) for our internally developed core logistics application. This Product Owner–lite role blends application support, business analysis, configuration, and testing within a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) environment. Operating in a hybrid model with an on-site presence, you will act as the primary bridge between logistics operations and the development team. The focus is on ensuring our technology effectively supports warehousing and order fulfillment, without formal ownership of sprint commitments or delivery timelines.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    ● Product & Application Ownership

    ○ Serve as the functional owner of our proprietary logistics application

    ○ Maintain deep knowledge of 3PL processes, warehousing workflows, and order

    lifecycles.

    ○ Represent operational intent and user experience in discussions with developers.

    ● First‐Line Application Support

    ○ Act as the primary point of contact for business users reporting issues or questions

    ○ Investigate and resolve issues related to configuration, data, or workflows

    ○ Clearly define and escalate defects or enhancement needs to developers

    ● Business Analysis & Requirements

    ○ Partner with stakeholders to identify supply chain software improvements

    ○ Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

    ○ Provide functional clarification and guidance to developers during implementation

    ● Configuration & Functional Changes

    ○ Implement system changes using available application configuration tools

    ○ Understand when development is required versus configuration

    ○ Use SQL queries to investigate data mismatches and workflow blockers

    ○ Help monitor and map RESTful API flows between connected systems

    ● Testing & Quality Assurance

    ○ Test enhancements and fixes against specified requirements

    ○ Support and validate user acceptance testing (UAT) prior to production release

    ● Business–Development Bridge

    Required Skills & Experience:

    ● Proficiency in writing basic SQL queries and exposure to AWS cloud environments

    ● Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and how systems integrate.

    ● Hands-on experience using Jira to write user stories and manage tasks

    ● Ability to translate complex warehouse floor issues into technical developer requirements
