Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Personal Lines team.Assist with the management and issuance of insurance certificates requested by clients.Accurately and promptly process online payments.Review cancellation notices received from agencies, carriers, and premium finance companies.Prepare letters, binders, and general correspondence.Upload and maintain documents in the client’s digital file.Address client needs and provide consistent follow-up.Serve as the primary point of contact for general customer service: answering coverage questions, processing changes, explaining payment plans, and more.Deliver high-level customer service at all times.Requirements
Previous experience as an Assistant Account Manager or in a similar role within the insurance industry.Associate or Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration preferred).Property & Casualty License (preferred).Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and under pressure.Strong command of English, both written and spoken.Benefits
