    Position Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our dynamic, fast-paced finance team. In this role, you will assist the Controller with month-end activities, including journal entries, accruals, and bank and balance sheet reconciliations. You will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.

    The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday plus a weekly Saturday morning shift.

    Key Responsibilities

    Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers on a daily, weekly, and monthly basisPerform daily bank account and balance sheet reconciliations, as well as month-end and year-end closing activitiesResearch and analyze data to provide accounting and financial insights to managementEnsure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulationsAssist with audits and provide supporting documentation as neededCollaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepanciesPerform other related duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field5+ years of recent accounting experience preferredExpert knowledge of general ledger and journal entriesProven ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and WordExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work both independently and collaborativelyExcellent time management and organizational skills

    Physical Requirements

    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle, type, and operate office equipment.Ability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and via electronic communication.Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching as needed to access files and office materials.Ability to occasionally lift and move files, documents, and office supplies up to 20 pounds.Visual acuity to review detailed financial data, documents, and computer screens for extended periods.

    Job Description Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on Facilities and Maintenance Manager to lead and work alongside our maintenance team at our printed circuit board manufacturing facility in Chatsworth, CA. This individual will oversee all aspects of facilities and equipment maintenance—including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and continuous improvement—while actively participating in daily maintenance tasks as needed. If you’re a proactive leader who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to keep equipment and facilities operating at peak performance, we’d like to meet you. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and schedule the maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient, and effective operation of all equipment and facilities systems. Perform and oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities on manufacturing, facility, and utility systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues with conveyors, electrical systems, plumbing/piping, HVAC, compressors, and related equipment. Partner with Operations and Engineering to support process improvements, equipment installations, and system upgrades. Manage facilities maintenance activities including building upkeep, minor construction, and contracted services. Maintain parts inventory and make stocking recommendations to balance cost savings and equipment uptime. Proven ability to balance management tasks with hands-on maintenance work. Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Computer proficiency (Windows, Word, Excel); experience with CMMS a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and work in physically active environments including ladders, rooftops, and confined spaces as needed.     Position Overview

    The Production Control Manager oversees all scheduling, planning, and materials coordination activities within the PCB rigid-flex manufacturing environment. This role ensures that customer orders are produced efficiently, on schedule, and within quality standards. The Manager leads the production control team in developing and maintaining accurate production schedules, coordinating cross-departmental communication, and optimizing workflow across fabrication and assembly lines.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop, implement, and manage production schedules to meet delivery commitments and optimize production capacity.Oversee order release, work order generation, and job prioritization to ensure smooth flow through all manufacturing stages (lamination, drilling, imaging, plating, routing, final inspection).Monitor work-in-process (WIP) and coordinate with production supervisors to resolve bottlenecks and capacity imbalances.Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Purchasing to align schedules with material availability, design changes, and customer priorities.Analyze production data, on-time delivery (OTD) metrics, and WIP aging to identify and implement process improvements.Maintain ERP/MRP system accuracy for job tracking, material requirements, and capacity planning.Lead and mentor production control staff, promoting a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Participate in daily production meetings and communicate schedule updates to all key stakeholders.Drive initiatives that improve lead times, reduce scrap, and enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.Ensure compliance with ISO, AS9100, and other applicable industry quality standards.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).Minimum 2 years of production control experience in the PCB or electronics manufacturing industry; rigid-flex experience highly preferred.Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes, materials flow, and capacity planning.Experience in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Demonstrated leadership ability with effective communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a fast-paced, high-mix, low-volume environment.Proven record of improving on-time delivery and production efficiency metrics.
