Role Description The Director of Product Management is a senior leadership role at the heart of FSI’s product organization. You will own the full FSI product roadmap and planning cycles, lead a team of product managers and product owners, and partner closely with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and executive leadership to ensure FSI’s platform evolves in step with customer needs and market opportunity. This role is both strategic and hands-on — you’ll set the vision and run the processes that turn it into shipped software. Your responsibilities: Own the FSI product roadmap end-to-end, from discovery and prioritization through delivery and outcome measurement. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers and product owners, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of accountability and customer-centricity. Drive annual and quarterly product planning cycles, including roadmap reviews, prioritization frameworks, OKR setting, and release planning. Define and communicate product strategy that aligns with FSI’s company vision, competitive positioning, and go-to-market objectives. Translate customer feedback, market research, and competitive intelligence into clearly articulated product investments with measurable outcomes. Partner with Engineering leadership to ensure roadmap initiatives are properly scoped, sequenced, estimated, and delivered on schedule. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on deal support, customer escalations, and retention efforts that require product involvement. Represent the product organization in executive leadership discussions, board-level reporting, and cross-functional forums. Establish and continuously improve product development processes, tooling, and documentation standards across the team. Define and monitor product KPIs; use data to inform prioritization decisions and communicate progress to stakeholders. Qualifications Proven track record leading and developing product teams in B2B SaaS environments. Demonstrated experience owning a complex, multi-stakeholder product roadmap from strategy through execution. Strong facilitation and communication skills — equally comfortable driving alignment with engineers, customers, sales, and executives. Data-driven mindset with experience establishing product metrics, running experiments, and reporting outcomes. Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with near-term execution and pragmatic tradeoffs. Collaborative, empowering leadership style with a genuine commitment to developing the people on your team. Experience working in or adjacent to facilities management, healthcare operations, maintenance, or asset management is a strong plus. Requirements 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a people management role leading product managers or product owners. Demonstrated experience owning a product roadmap for a B2B SaaS product with multiple customer segments. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. Fluency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product planning frameworks (e.g., OKRs, opportunity trees, RICE). Proficiency with product management and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard, Aha!, or similar). Experience working in CMMS, EAM, facilities management, healthcare operations, or enterprise workflow software is a plus. Benefits Remote work location with some travel required. Compensation for this role will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and work location. The expected salary range is $140,000 to $150,000.
