Position Summary:
The Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for the decontamination, inspection, assembly, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments and medical equipment in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures. This role ensures the highest standards of infection prevention, patient safety, and quality assurance within the Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC).
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in compliance with state and federal regulationsMaintain an organized sterilization area, ensuring all tools are properly stored after sterilizationConduct regular checks and maintenance of sterilization equipment to ensure optimal functionalityDocument and log sterilization processes, including monitoring sterilization cyclesMonitor and educate staff on proper sterilization protocols and procedures to ensure safety and complianceAdhere to all infection control policies and procedures, reporting any compliance issues to managementMaintain an organized and compliant sterile processing area in accordance with infection control standards.Collaborate with clinical and surgical staff to ensure instrument availability and timely case turnover.Monitor adherence to sterilization and infection prevention protocols; provide guidance to staff as needed.Comply with OSHA, CDC, state, and facility of infection control policies and safety regulations.Report compliance concerns, safety hazards, or equipment issues to management in a timely manner.Perform other duties as assignedQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) through the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) strongly preferred.Previous experience in ophthalmology and dental sterilization role is a plus but not mandatoryStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safetyKnowledge of sterilization methods, infection control principles, and regulatory standards.Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively within a fast-paced clinical environmentStrong documentation and organizational skills.Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:
Assist dentists and oral surgeons during procedures, including sedation and surgical cases.Prepare and maintain sterile instruments, surgical trays, and dental equipment in accordance with ASC and infection control standards.Take, process, and document dental radiographs as directed.Ensure operatories are fully stocked, organized, and ready for procedures.Monitor and maintain dental supply inventory; coordinate restocking as needed.Support patient positioning and assist with monitoring vital signs under clinical supervision.Provide clear pre-operative and post-operative instructions and compassionate patient support.Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.Adhere to OSHA regulations, infection control protocols, and ASC safety policies.Manage patient flow and back-of-house traffic to ensure efficient clinic operations.Escort patients to and from procedure rooms and coordinate transfers as needed.Assist clinical staff with patient preparation and post-procedure recovery support.Monitor patient movement to maintain safety and minimize delays.Communicate effectively with nursing and surgical staff to optimize workflow.Provide a professional, calm, and supportive presence for patients and families.Strictly adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) infection control protocols.Participate in quality assurance initiatives and patient safety programs.Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized clinical environment at all times.Support continuous improvement efforts within the surgical center.Perform other duties as assignedQualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.Minimum 12 years of Dental Assistant experience required.Current CPR/BLS certification required.Experience in oral surgery and/or ASC setting is strongly preferred.Proficiency in dental terminology, radiography, and surgical asepsis.Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with patient transfers.Ability to lift-up to 25 lbs as needed.Schedule:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Superintendent to manage daily operations for both a small 5-story residential building and an adjacent warehouse. This dual-role position involves maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety in both properties while responding to emergencies and supporting the Property Manager in all assigned tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in both residential and warehouse environments.
Responsibilities:
Residential Condo (5-Story Building) Daily Duties:
Inspect and maintain all common areas (lobby, hallways, stairwells, laundry, elevators, and other shared spaces).Perform routine cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and upkeep of floors, surfaces, and entrances.Take out trash on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday around 6:00 PM and return bins to designated areas afterward.Monitor and address minor maintenance issues (plumbing leaks, HVAC, electrical, lighting) and report major issues to the Property Manager.Respond promptly to tenant requests and emergencies, such as lockouts, water leaks, or power outages.Coordinate repairs and maintenance work with vendors and contractors when necessary.Conduct periodic inspections of fire safety equipment, lighting, HVAC systems, and elevators, reporting issues to the Property Manager.Maintain logs of daily maintenance activities, incidents, and completed tasks.Ensure compliance with building safety regulations, including fire codes, safety signage, and emergency exits.Supervise the condition of building systems and common appliances, reporting malfunctions promptly.Assist in moving furniture or equipment for tenants or management as needed.Perform snow removal, salting, and other weather-related maintenance tasks when required.Complete any other tasks assigned by the Property Manager.Warehouse Daily Duties:
