    POSITION SUMMARY

    Frontline Response seeks a visionary and highly connected fundraising executive to serve as Senior Vice President of Growth & Development. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and serving as a member of the executive leadership team, the SVP will lead all fundraising, philanthropic engagement, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives across Frontline Response and the Beyond Us Collective.

    This role presents a unique opportunity to shape one of the most ambitious faith-based community transformation efforts in the Southeast. The SVP will be responsible for sustaining and growing Frontline Response’s annual fundraising and partnership portfolio while simultaneously designing, launching, and leading a transformational $30 million capital campaign in partnership with Peace Baptist Church and the Beyond Us Collective.

    The successful candidate will bring an established network of relationships throughout Atlanta’s philanthropic, corporate, civic, faith-based, and foundation communities and possess a demonstrated track record of securing six- and seven-figure gifts, leading major fundraising initiatives, and building high-performing development teams.

    The SVP will serve as a chief external ambassador for both organizations and will play a critical role in helping position the Beyond Us Collective as a nationally recognized model for collaborative community transformation.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Strategic Revenue Leadership

    • Own, manage and achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) approved by the board in the development section of the strategic plan.

    • Manage and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies supporting Frontline Response’s annual operating budget and long-term growth objectives.

    • Manage a portfolio of major donors, family foundations, corporate partners, churches, and institutional funders capable of making transformational investments.

    • Expand relationships across Atlanta’s philanthropic, corporate, civic, and faith communities.

    • Partner closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gift opportunities.

    • Manage and monitor revenue goals, fundraising metrics, and development performance dashboards.

    Beyond Us Collective Capital Campaign Leadership

    • Lead a multi- million capital campaign supporting the Beyond Us Collective campus vision and regional expansion strategy.

    • Design, develop and manage the various giving societies within the campaign.

    • Develop campaign strategy, timelines, gift pyramids, donor engagement plans, naming opportunities, and campaign communications.

    • Direct and lead a campaign cabinet comprised of major donors across multiple sectos,

    • Cultivate principal gift prospects across various philanthropic sectors.

    • Manage campaign feasibility efforts and ongoing campaign execution activities.

    • Serve as a key fundraising leader and spokesperson for the campaign.

    Team Building & Organizational Development

    • Design and build the future Development Department structure required to support both annual fundraising and campaign objectives.

    • Recruit, hire, develop, and lead a high-performing fundraising and external relations team.

    • Establish accountability systems, performance metrics, and professional development pathways for staff.

    • Build internal infrastructure supporting donor stewardship, moves management, campaign operations, prospect research, and fundraising analytics.

    External Relations & Strategic Partnerships

    • Serve as a senior representative of Frontline Response and the Beyond Us Collective throughout the community.

    • Build strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, churches, elected officials, civic leaders, and community stakeholders.

    • Strengthen organizational visibility and positioning among philanthropic decision-makers and funding partners.

    • Collaborate with communications and marketing staff to ensure alignment of fundraising messaging, campaign communications, and organizational branding.

    Executive Leadership

    • Serve as a member of the executive leadership team.

    • Contribute to strategic planning, organizational growth initiatives, and partnership development.

    • Advise the CEO and Board on fundraising strategy, market opportunities, campaign progress, and philanthropic trends.

    • Provide regular reports to leadership and governing boards regarding fundraising performance and campaign status.

    SUCCESS MEASURES

    Within the first 12 months, the successful candidate will:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive annual fundraising strategy supporting Frontline Response’s operating objectives.

    • Successfully launch the Beyond Us Collective Capital Campaign.

    • Build and lead a high-performing development team.

    • Establish a campaign cabinet and principal donor pipeline.

    • Secure transformational investments from foundations, corporations, churches, and major individual donors.

    • Position Frontline Response and the Beyond Us Collective for long-term philanthropic growth and sustainability.

    Overnight Resident Assistant - Homelessness Department

    The Resident Assistant (RA) will provide essential overnight coverage and supervision. This position is responsible for the welfare, safety and comfort, as well as daily support to the residents. The RA will provide crisis intervention to callers seeking shelter, advice or referrals. The RA is responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment during overnight hours, monitoring residents, providing support as needed, and ensuring that breakfast is prepared and served each morning.

    Job responsibilities include:

    Ensure the safety and security of the shelter and the residents by enforcing house rules and conducting inspections during shift and reporting incidents by following protocolsAssist in conducting comprehensive initial screening process to determine eligibility for program services, providing assessment, intake and enrollment where appropriateConduct new resident orientation to ensure understanding of the rules, policies and proceduresWork collaboratively with volunteers assigned to work in the residential areaDrive agency van to transport clients to other services as needed Maintain client files and data

    Key Responsibilities:

    Overnight Monitoring & Support

    Ensure the safety and security of residents during overnight hours by conducting regular checks and monitoring the premises.Address and de-escalate any issues or emergencies that arise during the shift.Provide support and guidance to residents as needed, fostering a compassionate and respectful environment.

    Resident Accountability

    Maintain accurate logs and documentation of overnight activities, including any incidents or resident concerns.Enforce program rules and policies while maintaining empathy and understanding.Support residents with their nightly routines and any urgent needs.

    Meal Preparation

    Ensure breakfast is prepared and served to all residents each morning in accordance with health and safety standards.Coordinate with kitchen staff or volunteers, as applicable, to provide nutritious and timely meals.

    Administrative Duties

    Complete nightly reports and communicate any concerns or updates to the daytime staff.Assist with intake or discharge processes as required during overnight hours.

    Facility Management

    Conduct regular checks to ensure cleanliness and orderliness in common areas.Report maintenance issues or facility concerns to the appropriate staff.

    Program Description:

    The goal of Frontline Response’s Anti-Sex Trafficking Department, called Out of Darkness, is to provide holistic, individualized, and trauma-informed care to adult victims of commercial sexual exploitation through a seamless continuum of services, including outreach, jail mentorship, 24- hour hotline services, safe home services, and long-term program placement. Frontline Response is poised to respond to crisis situations, efficiently coordinate the care needed for stabilization, and make connections to long-term care on behalf of victims.

    Position:

    Coverage Resident Assistant (RA)

    Oversees specific household operations and resident care during evening/weekend activities in team dynamic.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Must be 21 years of age.
    Preferred degree/degree-in-progress in Social Services, Case Management, Counseling, Ministry, Human Services, or similar program.
    Preferred experience in mentoring, residential environment, and conflict-resolution.


    Class Summary

    This is a full-time position during nights and weekend shifts. This position involves direct care with the residents and is a salaried position. This role reports directly to the Safe Home Manager. The evening hours of this role are 7pm-7am and the weekend hours are 7am-1pm, 1pm-7pm, and 7pm-7am.

    Position Specific Duties

    ➢ Oversee weekend household operations, including:

    ○ Manage weekend activity schedules.

    ○ Lead and facilitate evening groups with residents.○ Oversee evening/weekend volunteer activities when scheduled.
    ○ Complete appropriate documentation of resident case files and staff communication.
    ○ Report any resident or facility incidents to the SH Manager.

    ➢ Provide care to residents and make decisions in emergency situations.

    ○ Responsible for resident care - including medication needs, meals, general health and other needs.

    ○ Build relationships with residents and encourage growth and goals (in collaboration with the house staff team).○ Be present and available for emotional and spiritual encouragement and guidance.○ Implement the department’s medical protocol in emergency situations / Conduct ER transportation when needed.➢ Complete Intake Procedures

    ○ Prepare housing needs for new intake (linens, toiletries, welcome basket).

    ○ Conduct resident intake searches.
    ○ Complete intake paperwork and drug screen.

    ➢ Enforcement of the department’s rules and regulations with residents and volunteers.

    ○ Maintain a stable,safe environment and facilitate conflict-resolution while keeping household physical and emotional safety in mind.

    ○ Implement trauma-informed corrective conversations and redirection where needed,○ Respond appropriately, with respect and compassion, when enforcing house rules.
    ➢ Participate in regular staff meetings, staff training programs, supervisory sessions, and accept the responsibility for aiding the development of positive team relationships.
    ➢ Maintain Frontline Response core values, policies, and code of conduct.
    ➢ Other duties as assigned by the Safe Home Manager.
