Salary Range:$16.90 To $18.40 Hourly
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the department Supervisor, the Masker is responsible for applying tape to product parts prior to applying metal finishing chemical and trim tape on parts with a variety of different equipment and tools.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identifies, cuts and applies silicone, masking tape or other specialized tape to use during the masking of specific parts from work order forms.
• Places parts on and off racks as needed.
• Prepares and packages parts for shipping.
• Adheres to safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to pay attention to detail and follow precise instructions.
• Ability to apply tape to all parts.
• Comfortable using basic tools.
• Comfortable around chemical environment.
ITAR REQUIREMENT:
Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Sitting/Standing for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Comfortable being exposed heat, noise and chemical fumes while in production areas.
• Good hand and eye coordination and movement.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the department Supervisor/Manager, the Helper/Laborer is responsible for putting parts on and off the racks so that they may be prepped and ready for the plating process, preparing and packaging parts, as well as performing general duties within the department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Places parts on and off racks as needed. Performs bending of aluminum wires on racks to ensure parts are secure and adequately placed. Tightens bolts and screws with equipment and tools on saddle racks to ensure they are secure. May assist the Plater in cleaning tanks. Performs visual inspection of parts to ensure no over-plating. Use air hose to dry parts upon completion of the plating cycle. Prepares and packages parts for shipping. Other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:
