Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team in the Lubbock, TX greater area.. In this role, you will travel to customers’ homes, diagnose and repair their existing appliances. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and has the technical skills to get the job done. Customer satisfaction is a top priority.
Responsibilities: Respond to client requests for appliance serviceEvaluate and diagnose home appliance problemsRepair appliancesAdhere to manufacturer recommendationsMaintain accurate and detailed recordsQualifications: High school diploma/GEDAssociates degree or appliance repair certification preferredPrevious experience as an Appliance Repair Technician is preferredValid driver’s license and clean driving recordEPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification to work on air conditioners and refrigerators is preferredPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objectsExcellent customer service skillsDAILY ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:Diagnosis, Reading Test Equipment, Handling Refrigerant, Operating Company Equipment For Refrigerant Recovery, Brazing, Following The Order Of Dispatched Calls As Well Other Duties In Regard To Refrigeration Repair, long distance drive times.
REPAIRS INCLUDE:Appliance Repair's, Sealed systems repair, Evaporator Coils, Replace Doors, Ice Makers, Dispensers
RELEVANT HANDS ON TRAINING:Super Heat & Sub Cooling, Brazing and wiring of various HVAC equipment, Recovery, Using multi-meter.The ideal candidate must be good at interacting with customers and providing excellent customer service in the field, and also
