As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team and contribute to our pioneering work in sleep medicine.
Job Responsibilities:Collaborate with attending physicians to provide clinical direction and leadership.Conduct comprehensive sleep consultations and follow-up visits via telemedicine and in person.Recommend and authorize prescriptions for appropriate sleep therapy. Must be open to all treatment options.Manage therapy compliance and follow-up care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Work closely with physicians to improve clinical performance, patient satisfaction, and service quality.Participate in quality assurance activities, including chart and peer reviews.Engage in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.Requirements:Master of Science in Nursing or completion of a Physician Assistant program.Registered and certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Texas (willingness to obtain licenses in other states as needed).Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse.Current CPR certification.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.Commitment to professional development through teaching, research, or specialty certifications.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in sleep medicine or a strong interest in specializing in this field.Ability to assess and treat patients of all ages, understanding lifespan development and sleep-related health concerns.Why Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits package.Professional development opportunities and continuous learning.Innovative and supportive work environment focused on patient-centered care.
