  We’re looking for a professional Printing Technical Assistant / Finisher  - 2nd shift to join our team.
  
  RESPONSIBILITIES
  
  Prepare materials for printing;Load materials into printing machines and unload when the print is finished;Cut extra pieces of materials from large format printed graphics;Attach grommets and hem the printed materials before installation;Remove extra adhesives from kiss-cut and die-cut vinyl decals;Move printed materials to other departments;Prepare print machinery, inks, rollers, and materials if necessary;Assist the print operator throughout the work process;Keep track of print inventory and report the inventory manager in case anything is out of stock;Inform supervisor about equipment or material issues;Maintain a clean work area;Perform additional duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS
  
  Proven work experience in the large format printing industry;Proficient computer skills;Ability to work with various tools and equipment;Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and quality;Strong attention to detail and a high focus on delivering quality prints is essential;Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.Job Type: Full-time

  Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour plus significant Sales Commissions
  
  
  RESPONSIBILITIES
  
  
  Manage projects through all phases of the process (estimating, follow-up, design, production, quality control, and installation/delivery);Answer phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and assist clients who visit our center in person;Write estimates, suggest solutions, and make sales for your clients;Process all work orders accurately and obtain customer approval;Source new opportunities within the community and make introductions to potential customers through a variety of means;Generate new business, maintain, and update lists of prospective customers and referrals;Work closely with the production team to answer any questions they may have concerning current work orders;Perform additional duties as assigned.REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  
  
  2+ years of work experience in project management, sales or similar position;Experience in the signage industry ;Experience in CRM;Possess a good understanding of sales;Have excellent communication and customer service skills;Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite;Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines;Be organized to ensure that your customers' needs are being met in a timely manner;Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
