    Fresh Coat Painters of Iowa Colony is looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Consultant to help homeowners and businesses transform their properties through premium painting and home improvement services.

    This is not a traditional salaried sales position. It's an opportunity for a motivated sales professional to build a substantial income with unlimited earning potential while representing a nationally recognized painting brand backed by exceptional customer service and craftsmanship.

    We're looking for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, generating referrals, and closing deals. If you've successfully sold painting, roofing, remodeling, windows, flooring, HVAC, landscaping, or other home improvement services, we'd love to speak with you.

    ResponsibilitiesGenerate New Business

    You have flexible schedule to allow you to prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, cold calling, door-to-door outreach, community events, and business development. 

    Develop strategic referral partnerships with Realtors, builders, property managers, HOA managers, insurance agents, and local businesses.

    Attend networking events and represent Fresh Coat Painters professionally within the community.

    Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.

    Conduct Sales Consultations

    Meet with residential and commercial prospects.

    Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

    Present estimates professionally while communicating the value of our services.

    Follow up consistently until projects are awarded.

    Close Sales

    Negotiate professionally while maintaining company standards.

    Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

    Maintain accurate records using our CRM.

    Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact through project completion.

    Qualifications

    Proven success in outside sales and closing deals.

    Home improvement or construction-related sales experience strongly preferred.

    Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.

    Comfortable prospecting and generating your own business.

    Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

    Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.

    Experience using CRM software.

    Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

    Compensation

    This is a 100% commission-based opportunity designed for high-performing sales professionals.
