    Job Opportunity: Call Center Site Lead
    Location: Camp Pendleton, California
    Start Date: Immediate
    Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week) – Monday through Friday 08:00-16:30

    French Consulting is seeking a Site Lead to oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure exceptional service delivery at U.S. military installations.     What You’ll Do

    Site Operations & ManagementOversee all daily site operations, ensuring services meet quality standards and contract requirements.Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.Ensure compliance with all company policies, contract specifications, and federal regulations.Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site operations and escalated issues.
     Team Leadership & DevelopmentProvide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to support professional growth.Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, accountability, and mission focus.

    Client & Stakeholder RelationsServe as primary liaison between the site team and company leadership.Address client concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.Gather feedback and implement service improvements based on client needs.
     Strategic Planning & ReportingDevelop and execute site-level operational plans aligned with company objectives.Prepare regular reports on performance metrics, staffing, and operational challenges.
    Who You AreYou're a proven leader who can manage teams, operations, and stakeholder relationships effectively. You thrive in dynamic environments and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining quality standards. You're mission-minded and want to support the military community in a meaningful way. You have strong problem-solving skills and can make sound decisions under pressure. You may be a military spouse or veteran yourself—or simply someone who values service and purpose.
     QualificationsBachelor's Degree combined with five (5) years of site management experience; or High School Diploma with equivalent combined with eight (8) years of call center supervision experienceExperience associated with non-medical case management or related field identifying needs and pairing with resources and providing guidance to service membersProven leadership and team management capabilities Strong operational management and problem-solving skills Customer service orientation with focus on quality and satisfactionDeep understanding of Marine Corps culture, values, and organizational structure as well as the cultural bond and ethos needed when dealing with Marines

    French Consulting is seeking a Non-Medical Case Manager to provide critical case management support for Department of Defense Wounded Warrior Programs serving U.S. military installations. You'll help coordinate resources, navigate federal benefits, and ensure service members receive the comprehensive support they deserve—and your work will contribute to real-world impact for those who've sacrificed for our nation.
    This position is an excellent fit for a military spouse, veteran, or someone with first-hand experience supporting military life, offering both professional fulfillment and the opportunity to serve those who serve.

    What You’ll Do

    Case Management & Service CoordinationProvide non-medical case management services to wounded, ill, and injured service members and their families.Assess client needs, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate resources across military and community support systems.Navigate complex federal benefits programs and provide guidance on eligibility, applications, and appeals processes.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in MCWIITS (Marine Corps Wounded Ill and Injured Tracking System).
     Support & AssistanceDeliver supporting services that respect and integrate Marine Corps culture and values.Advocate for service members to ensure they receive appropriate benefits, services, and support.Build trusting relationships with clients through active listening, empathy, and consistent follow-through.Facilitate connections between service members, their families, and available resources.
     Program Support & CollaborationWork closely with medical providers, command staff, and family support services to ensure coordinated care.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.Track program outcomes and maintain compliance with Department of Defense requirements.Contribute to continuous improvement of Wounded Warrior Program services.
     
    Who You Are
     You're dedicated to serving those who've served, with a deep respect for military culture and sacrifice. You have strong personal skills and can build rapport with individuals facing difficult circumstances. You're organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple cases while maintaining quality documentation. You understand the unique challenges of military life and can navigate complex bureaucratic systems. You may be a military spouse or veteran yourself—or simply someone who values service and purpose.

    Qualifications
     Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field combined with 3 years’ experience working with the federal government or nonmedical case management; OR high school diploma with at least five (5) years’ experience associated with non-medical case management or related field identifying needs and pairing with resources and providing guidance to service members. Strong interpersonal communication skillsDeep understanding of Marine Corps culture, values, and organizational structure as well as the cultural bond and ethos needed when dealing with MarinesProficiency in MCWIITS documentation and case tracking systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
