Job Description Disassemble and clean all ovens, stoves, grills, and deep fat fryers; properly reassemble when cleaning is concluded. Strain and refill grease in fryers as needed. Wipe, clean, and polish all stoves, hoods, and stove vents. Qualifications Must be able to stand and walk for majority of shift. Must have a working knowledge of all chemical and processes used. Must be able to maneuver approximately 50 pounds and push or pull loads up to 300 pounds with the assistance of a cart or flatbed truck regularly through a shift. Must be able to lift, bend, kneel, stoop, scrape, grasp, reach, etc. repeatedly throughout shift. Must have excellent communication skills.
