Position Summary
The Project Engineer supports the successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This role works closely with the Project Manager, Superintendent, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Please note, each project is unique and the respective duties and responsibilities can vary depending on the size, scope, and project needs.

Project Coordination
Assist in managing day-to-day project activities from preconstruction through closeoutCoordinate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIsMaintain accurate project records and logsDocument Control & Communication
Review and process submittals for compliance with project plans and specificationsPrepare and track Requests for Information (RFIs)Attend all project meetings, create and distribute meeting minutesDistribute updated drawings and project documents to relevant team membersAssist Superintendent with photo documentation and creation of daily logsServe as a liaison between project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and subcontractorsCost & Budget Support
