    The Fraser Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) Practitioner provides clinical support to individuals aged 18 and older. In this role, you will assist clients with mental health diagnoses—often with co-occurring developmental or intellectual disabilities—by helping them overcome barriers, build coping skills, set meaningful goals, and implement targeted interventions. The ultimate aim is to empower individuals to achieve their goals and function independently within the community.

    Qualifications:

    Diagnoses/Caseload:

    Most clients are neurodivergent (Autism, ADHD, etc.) and/or may have co-occurring anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, or other serious mental health diagnoses. Many may also have intellectual or developmental disabilities.Meet clients in their homes or in the community; client sessions last between 1-2 hours and may meet multiple times per week, depending on client needs.There is a significant focus on team care. Many clients receive multiple services across Fraser, including other mental health services, employment services, housing services, case management, psychiatry, substance use services, and more. It is expected that all providers collaborate with each other to provide wrap-around, integrative care.

    Schedule/Location:

    Full time, Monday- Friday regular business hours.Minimum two days until 6pm; the other days will be until 5pm.

    ARMHS services will be provided in the client's in-home, in the community, and, on rare occasion, virtually.

    As a Pre-Licensed Therapist (Clinical Trainee), you'll receive guidance and support on your path to licensure while making a meaningful impact on the lives of children, adolescents, and families affected by autism and mental health diagnoses. A master's degree in a mental health discipline is required, and you must be on a clinical licensure track (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW). You'll benefit from 2 hours of weekly clinical supervision at no cost to you, which could otherwise cost up to $14,000 annually.

    Qualifications:

    Completed Master's degree and on track toward independent clinical licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW)Social Workers - must have a graduate-level license (LGSW) or close to obtainingPrevious experience working with preschool-aged children, preferably in a clinical settingCommitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with a focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness, and reflection.

    Caseloads:
