The position includes all extraction techniques for carpet cleaning and other surfaces. They are responsible for completing all types of trash collection, and coordinating operations, including removing waste, operating compactor or other related equipment, and signing waste manifests. The EVS Associate II is trained in the functions of a EVS Associate I in order to assist with the cleaning of the hospital when required, and performs duties in other departments based on needs of the facility.
