Life Enrichment Assistant Position Summary
As the Activities Assistant at Francis Marion Manor, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:
Assist in creating the monthly calendar, leading daily activities, and documenting resident attendance as well as informative progress notes.
Observe resident moods, behaviors, and degree of involvement and report any changes to the Life Enrichment Director.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Life Enrichment Director and/or Administrator.
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
Life Enrichment Assistant Requirements
High School diploma or GED

Nurse Position Summary
As a Nurse (LPN or RN) at Francis Marion Manor, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:
Manage the nursing care for all residents and delegate shift tasks to nurses.
Supervise nurse aides as they complete their assignments.
Observe residents’ conditions, oversee, and respond as necessary.
Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
Nurse Requirements
Current unrestricted LPN or RN License for the state of Virginia
Current CPR/BLS Certification

CNA Position Summary
As a CNA at Francis Marion Manor, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:
Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
CNA Requirements
An active CNA Certification for the state of Virginia
Current CPR/BLS Certification
