Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of restaurant management experience and a passion for hospitality, teamwork, and excellence. This individual will assist in daily operations, staff management, and guest satisfaction, ensuring that our standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
Lead and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Manage employee scheduling, training, and performance.
Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Support inventory management and cost control initiatives.
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing team members.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of restaurant management experience (fine dining or upscale casual preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead by example and foster teamwork.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Working knowledge of POS systems (SpotOn experience is a plus).
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
