Typical duties include:
Operating production equipment and mixing systems.Verifying raw materials and weighing ingredients accurately.Processing batches according to written formulas.Recording production and quality control data.Performing basic troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments.Assisting with packaging and other production operations.Following all safety procedures when handling chemicals.Supervising assigned production labor when needed.Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred.Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions.Basic math skills for measuring and weighing ingredients.Comfortable lifting 50 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance).Ability to work in a plant environment, including stairs, confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.Willingness to work nights, weekends, or holidays if required.******This position will be 1 month 1st shift, 2nd month 3rd shift******
