Family Oriented - be part of a humble, hungry and smart team working towards a common goalClean and organized shop - who doesn't like a shiny floor?Boot Program - let us cover the cost of your boots!Training Program - for growth and advancementLatest tooling and technologyLate model equipmentBe part of a growing companyLightweight Fleet - nobody in the county can do what we can Essential Functions Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests; identifying worn and damaged parts on tractor trailers containing large diesel enginesKeep equipment available for use be completing preventative maintenance schedulesCorrect tractor trailer deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts or systemsMaintain tractor trailer appearance by documenting missing parts, damages and uncleanlinessMaintain tractor trailer records by annually performing services and repairsMaintain shop equipment by following operating instructions and handling with careContain costs by using warranty; evaluating service and parts optionsEnhance maintenance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishmentsUse computer programs for diagnosing and programming changes (Insight, Diagnostic Link, Bendix, Wabco, DAVIE)Class-A CDL preferred, but not required
