FPC of Wake Forest has been engaged to locate a Warehouse Supervisor for a great client. This client is well known for the engineering and manufacture of highly customized, high-quality products. So, what will you be doing as a Warehouse Supervisor? -Provide leadership for warehouse operations -Develop performance goals and objectives to ensure accuracy and quality -Monitor Key Performance Indicators and execute on countermeasures as needed -Build and execute productivity plans -Drive inventory/cycle counting process through all areas of the facility To be successful, you will need: -Associate’s degree or equivalent -3+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations -3+ years of leadership experience -Ability to communicate clearly to all levels of the organization -Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) Things considered a plus: -Bachelor’s degree -Experience with Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing -Strong “team-oriented” mindset What to do next: Now that you have had the chance to learn about the role, what are you waiting for?!
