Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Greet and direct clients, visitors, and guests
· Answer and route incoming calls; take and deliver messages as needed
· Communicate with visitors and callers professionally and courteously
· Support Accounts Payable by reviewing and posting invoices, and maintaining records
· Assist Customer Service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or Metrology 360
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Collaborate in a team environment while delivering tasks efficiently and with the highest quality
Provide on-site support to local accounts with occasional overnight travel
Perform other duties as assigned

· Maintains detailed customer account records, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback
