Position Overview We are seeking an experienced OTR Truck Driver for a full-time, dedicated opportunity. This position offers an exceptional work-life balance with weekly home time for your resets. You will be assigned your own high-quality, newer glider truck equipped with a manual transmission and Cat powermeaning no slip-seating and no e-logs (ELD exempt, paper logs required). Compensation and Benefits Sign-On Bonus: $7,500 High Earning Potential: Pay is weekly and percentage-based (26% of the truck's gross earnings). Our current drivers earn between $120,000 and $180,000 annually . Retirement Insurance: 401k plan and company-provided life insurance.
