We are looking for an experienced licensed part time Massage Therapist that is passionate about creating a relaxing and calming experience for our spa guests. The ideal candidate has a minimum of one year of previous experience in a luxury Spa environment. Strong communication skills are mandatory. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule that is able to work day and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays when needed. A valid Florida MT license is required. What You Will Do To undertake other duties and responsibilities which, while outside the normal routine, are within the overall scope of the position. To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform/attire. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department personal appearance standards. Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times. To comply with local legislation as required. To maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all other departments through working by The Golden Rule. To respond to any changes in the department as dictated by the needs of the industry, company or hotel. To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs. To attend training and meetings as and when required. To ensure a safe workplace by identifying hazards and taking corrective action. Assist the Spa reception by escorting guests to the appropriate locker rooms and providing an orientation of the area and amenities. Assist in the selling of retail items. Assist the Spa Attendants in retrieving/stocking/folding and generally tidying Locker Rooms and other guest areas. Respond properly to any hotel emergency or safety situation. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff What You Bring Skills and Abilities: Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language. Education: High school education or equivalent experience Experience: At least 6 months experience within the same or similar position with Four Seasons or other organization. Hotel or restaurant experience preferred.
